Our story
Built from the tools up.
On Top Solutions was founded in 2016 by electricians Dean Goodman and Grant Murphy.
What began as a part-time venture quickly developed into a full-time project business through referrals, repeat clients and a consistent focus on safe, reliable delivery. Today, On Top undertakes substantial government, Defence, industrial, food manufacturing and commercial projects across NSW.
Our growth has not changed the core approach: understand the work, communicate clearly, plan around the constraints and take responsibility for the result.

Grant Murphy
Grant oversees commercial management, project delivery, compliance and business systems. His experience combines practical electrical knowledge with financial control, workplace safety and the delivery of complex government and industrial projects.
Installations Director
Dean Goodman
Dean leads installation delivery, workforce coordination and technical quality. His extensive knowledge of wiring rules, project management and site safety supports consistent outcomes across complex and live-site projects.
